I-130 filling
Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding the I-130. My situation is the following.
I just got married about a couple of weeks ago and me and my wife, who is a citizen are trying to fill in the forms for a status change. I am currently on H1B viza sponsored by my employer, but I cam in the US 8 years ago on J-1 viza, a year later I enrolled in college and my status changed to F-1, and a couple years ago when I obtained a job I first switch to OPT and then to H1B. My question is on question #14, the part of the form where it asks for I-94# and date of arrival in the US do I list my last arrival and my visa status upon entering and my I-94#, or do I enter the very first one which I had 8 years, ago, which I unfortunately do not have since I have changed passports since.
