Hi,
My sister got citizenship recently and she is interested to apply GC for my family.Now Iam in USA on H4. If i got approval of GC, is their any chance to change the status(i-485).If it is possible how much time it takes.
At the same time my father is also eligible for citizenship, but he is not applied for citizen.He is planning to apply his citizen in this month. If he applies his citizen, then it is possible to change my application from my sister to my father or i have to file another or i can use same one.
