Good morning all!
I recently received correspondence from the USCIS requesting more Evidence. To spare you the time I have two questions regarding this.
1. On of the items of acceptable evidence reads as follows:
- "Federal and state tax returns including relevant schedules and attachments such as W-2 records preferably with evidence of filing with the IRS, or other tax documentation demonstrating avctual filings submitted to the IRS."
I have both W2's of my wife and I for 2017 and 2018. However we moved in October of 2018 and my wife forgot to update her address with her job resulting in having our old address on her 2018 W2 and our current address on MY W2. Should I still submit these W2's even if the address is different? As a side note, the Form 1040 you get after filing your taxes does have both the correct addresses on it.
2. Other acceptable evidence states:
- "Property, life or health insurance documents."
We Both have had health insurance for the year of 2018 through our jobs. But again.. now we both forgot to change our address with our health insurance companies since our move in October 2018. The form 1095B have our old address on it for both 2017 and 2018. Could I submit this for evidence as well or better not?
Kind regards
