Hello everyone,
My uncle filed petition for my parents in 2006 and I got approved in 2010 (took nearly 3 years and 10 months).
My age right now is 29 and my CSPA-calculated age is ~25.
NVC dept has sent us an email and asked to pay IV fees.
Though I am aged-out according to CSPA calculated age, but my name is still there and beneficiary derivative along with IV fees invoice. My parents and I live together and they want me to accompany them.
Now my question is, is it wise decision to pay IV fees and apply for the IV or Should I assume myself as aged-out and don't waste money?
Is there anyone who got visa after being aged-out (after CSPA calculation)?
Any chance that the visa officer will consider my application as an special consideration or that is totally not possible?
Waiting for an expert and sincere opinion, thanks.
