i have asked at least 10 people to be a joint sponsor,my mom said yes then changed her mind.My son said yes then changed his mind. A good freind said yes and also changed his mind ..each one that changes their mind waits a month to do so .In the meantime everything else is done , we have a lawyer ,she just keeps telling us to keep asking .we are getting discouraged .my income is too low .we need a miracle or we can never file.

true it is .so even though he gets a retirement fund from austrailia ,its just getting too difficult to find someone .our lawyer said the retirement fund won't count as its not from here. she also said that in the event we got a divorce ( God forbid) he could not go to that sponsor and ask for support.He isn't here for support anyway just to be with me , so in that event he would return to his own country.The lawyer explains it different than read i guess she knows been doing the job for many years . very confusing to me.Comment
