1- hi, my mom is my petitioner and she is not working right now but she has all of her income taxes and a letter signed by her saying that she is not working right now does she has to fill out an i-864

2- my dad is one of the sponsors is he going to be the second sponsor

3- if i dont have a criminal history of any kind do i still have to send a criminal record with my i-485
