pls am from Nigeria, my sis filed for me in 2002 march,was giving a case file number in sep 2009 , pls how long do i've to wait and if i get married now will it affect my case. thanks

hi can you just check if your category falls under F4 - brother & sister of US citizens. If yes then there is no problem in getting married. You can inform USCIS to add your wife as a beneficiary to join you in your application.
Usually it takes very longtime for F4 category but its based on country limits. You need to chek with Latest US visa bulletin in your category.
