I am being sponsored by my husband, he was previously married and sponsored his ex-wife and children about 15 years ago (they are all citizens now) but he does not remember the exact date. He also sponsored his sister and her husband (both permanent residents) about 12 years ago but again he doesn't remember the exact date. My question is do we put all the names of the family members he sponsored? what do we put for the dates if he doesn't remember exactly?
