Hi any one here knows why my son's case number is not found when his case is activated I need to make appointment for interview at embassy in Amman the immigrant visa section says no problem with case number from their side....So technical issue from website..this has been going on since April 6..

I had similar issue few days ago and a mail was sent to the embassy and visa support centre with the scanned copy of my passport page and the instruction letter to the embassy. In less than 72hrs they got back to me and uploaded my case number on the system then I was able to schedule my appointment.
