GreenCard for Parents from US Citizen

My Parents visiting US on Visitors visa from last 10 years. Planning to apply for GC now. Can you please check and add if I am missing any Documents -

Individual I-130's - immigration petition for beneficiary
I-485, together - If parents are already present in USA for Adjustment of Status (AOS)
I-864 for Affidavit of support by sponsor
Form I-693 for medical examination
Form G-325A, Biographical Information.

Optional
Form I-765, Work Authorization Application for Employment Authorization (EAD)
Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance.
Form I-131, Application for Travel Document - for a re-entry permit,

I filed AOS for my mom in Dec 2018 and received I485 approval notice 4/19. You will need birth certificate for both parents and marriage certificate.

G-325A is not used for any forms anymore.

Thanks for the replies. I've heard there is minimum stay(3 months) suggested before filing for Parents who are already in US.
Does anyone, what are the time durations after filing for getting fingerprints, EAD and GC?

Some suggest 3 months but in reality there is no minimum from what I read. When the parents enter the US, they should not have the intention to stay, that's why is not recommended to apply soon after.

As anything USCIS related, time is relative, some people could get GC faster than others by many months. It depends on the completeness of the documents, the officer assigned, their workload, and other factors.
