Hi,
We have been trying to get my In laws to US on visitor Visa, but had no luck. Their visa application was rejected 4 times, reason being they are potential immigrants as ll their children are settled in US.
Now my Husband has his Citizenship and he is planning to sponsor their Green Card.
Looking at our peculiar case where their visa application was rejected so many times, should we sponsor them through an attorney, jsut to be safe..?
If so please provide any referrals for Good attorney who u have worked with before in this scenario..
Thanks!!
