Dear users, i need your help
i am planning to file green card for my brothers. one of the brother has issue with his name. on his birth certificate his name is Jayant and on passport which he got recently his name is Jayesh. he had used Jayesh everywhere like in school and Adhar card, election card etc his school living certificate has Jayesh also. other information on birth certi. like parents name etc is ok. my question is when i file I-130 i will have to submit his birth certificate. when i fill out his detail on form 130 we will fill out as per his passport so what other document do i need to send with I-130 to prove Jayant is Jayesh.
