Hi,
I applied for I-130, I-485 and I-765 based on marriage to us citizen on 11 April,2019. I am currently on F-1 and my opt based work permit expires on 14 June,2019. As per the current wait time looks like i might not get my new work permit approved for next 5-7 months. Until my work permit is approved, can i join any school that allows you to work on day 1 cpt so that i can continue working and not lose my job?
