When will we receive I-864 and DS-3032 ?

I am a US citizen. I sponsored a GC for my brother 10 years ago.

I read the following from the NVC website:
"If your case is about to become current, the NVC will send you, the
beneficiary, an Agent of Choice and Address letter containing the form
DS-3032. You must complete the form DS-3032 and follow the instructions
to continue with the visa application process. Your sponsor (petitioner)
will receive an Affidavit of Support (I-864 form) processing fee bill,
which will be sent directly to the petitioner by NVC. "

Do you know when will I (the petitioner) receive the Affidavit of Support
(I-864 form) processing fee bill, or my brother (the applicant) receive
the Agent of Choice and Address letter containing the form DS-3032 ?

Is it in within 1 year before the priority number becomes current, or is it 6 months or when ?

I am afraid that I can't answer your question because I am in the similar situation as you. My priority date is March 2000, I still hasn't received any DS-3032 form yet.

My brother's priority date is August 2000.
He is from Indonesia.
What country is your beneficiary from ?

I am applying a F4 for my brother in China. I red online that I should expect to receive the DS-3032 form half to one year before the priority date is up. But we haven't receive it. They are processing to Jan 2000 now according to the visa bulletin.
