GC for Parents

Hi
I want to apply GC for my brother (who is married and have kids).
Do I have to file separate I-130 for my brother, sister-in-law and my nephew ?

Also, do I have to file I-864 and I-130 together ?

Do you mean green card for parents or your brother's family?

1. Parents - Separate application for each parent. Whether you send I-864 along with I-130 may depend upon whether they are already in the US or not.

2. Brother and his family - One application for brother, his wife and his minor (under 21) umarried children. You don't send I-864 along with I-130.

My parents are in India.However, they have Visitors visa.
Would it be fast to get greencard if I apply for I-130 when my parents visit me in June this year , so that, I can apply for I-130 and I.485 together ?
