Hi My husband received today a notification from USCIS stating that they approved his waver for unlawful presence.
The F3 petition was started in 2005. He doesn't have any work permits or anything like that, he came in on a tourist visa with his family and never left.
I have a couple of questions that have been stressing us.
1. My husband lost his job that he had for over 20 years so last month he started driving Uber & Lyft. can this be a problem when he goes for his interview in Brazil?
Because he came to this country way back when they allowed people to get a social security card he has a SSN which he used to register for Uber & Lyft.
2. How long will it take for the appointment to be setup?
I really appreciate if you can help me.
