I130 approved 45 days back -- but SILENCE from NVC

I130 (citizen spouse) was filed with CSC on 7/27/18.

USCIS approved it on 3/29/19

CP is to be done in New Delhi

We have NOT received any emails, or letters, from NVC

There is no address change, everything is the same as before. Without the NVC letter / invoice #, we are not able to do anything at CEAC (add an agent, file affidavit of support, schedule medical, visa interview).

What to do? It is insane, already almost 12 MONTHS have passed since filing...

Tried calling NVC at 603-334-0700, but it always says to call later. No way to talk to a human...

HELP!

8/8/18 I797C (Notice of Action received)
3/29/19 I130 approved
5/15/19 NVC case/invoice email received.
5/19/19 Paid all fees, submitted AOS, Civil Documents and DS260
8/14/20 NVC marked the case complete, waiting for visa interview date.

Total wait: 26 months+ ... still waiting! Who knows when, due to covid

From what I read, is taking more than 2 months to get any info from NVC after I130 is approved.

Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
