Applying for gc for parents do we need separate I 485 applications?

Hi

I am planning to apply for gc for my Parents who are in USA. I believe I need to file two separate I 130 forms one for each parent. For I 485 should I file one application for both parents or should I file one for each parent.

Why do you think you can file a single I-485 for both? I always see people filing one I-485 for each person.

Thanks for the reply. The reason being both of my parents are in USA and wanted to know if I can file one application i-485 for both. Also one of the recent posts was suggesting one I 485 for both. But wanted to clarify it is ok.

Sorry, I don't know. I hope someone with experience can answer your question. I always read that I-485 is for each person, so I was thinking that in this case both will be principal applicants.

Every person always needs a separate I-485.
