I am filing family based greencard for my sister, She adopted her husband last name after marriage
Now.
1) Birth certificate has her maiden name
2) Marriage certificate has her maiden name
3) Passport has the husband name
4) Her local ID card has her husband name
What should I use in I-130 Part 4, 4a,b,c, Beneficiary's Full Name
What should I use in the Other Names Used (if any) 5.a/b/c
What shall I provide as evidence of the name change? Will USCIS take the passport copy/her national ID card (foreign)
