To whom it may concern:
I’m currently working under H1-B visa. My employment based I-485 (EB-3) is already submitted and pending for over 2 years, and it is still under initial review. I have already done the medical exam and Fingerprint (Biometrics Services). Now I’m getting married to a US citizen. How can I file a marriage based green card application while the other I-485 pending? What forms do I need to file?
