Im applying for a green card for my mother and my dad passed away many years ago. Unfortunately she doesn't have the death certificate. Would this pose an issue when its time to provide supporting documentation?

I'm not very sure about that, and it's better to consult a professional. For example, every time I have these types of questions, I turn to swpdxlaw.com. They are a professional law firm that can help you with all kinds of matters, including yours. On top, it's amazing that they can offer you the possibility to work with them online. That's why I love them. I'm often on the go, and I need to fix some legal documentation to solve the problem online and make the payment directly on the website. It saves me a lot of time and nerves.Last edited by Kaelli; 02-16-2022, 09:14 AM.
