divorced-remarried wondering if I have to wait to petition my Husband

Hello,

I got my citizenship through marriage January last year.

I got divorced and remarried. I would like to peticion my husband but was wondering if there is any impediment since I just got divorced alittle bit more than 6 months ago.

Anyone could let me know if there is any impediment or if it is ok to send the papers as soon as they are ready?
