Applying green card for my parents who has a cancelled visitor visa

Hello,
One of my parents has a cancelled visa earlier this year for possible overstay (she has left while the extension was pending- later got approved but they cancelled the visa before that). How does it affect when I apply for green card when they are in their home country. please share your thoughts.

Non immigrant visas have no bearing on immigrant visa (Green card) petitions.

I am applying for my parents greencard. My parents does not have marriage certificate. is the below sample affidavit is enough? any suggestions?


We, Fathers Full name and Mothers full name " (Maiden Name) being duly sworn, hereby affirm and state:
