Very urgent please

Im filling out the I-130 for my mum. I have questions on Part4 line 25 under beneficiary's spouse and children.
1- If spouse is deceased, do I need to put his name?
2 - Do I need to put my name
3- I have a sister who is currently working on her papers. Do I need to put her name in and would this affect her in any way?
