Hi All,
My question is: I am in F1 category, I am recently divorced, a year now. This took place in Canada. NVC request my documents I gave them everything the sent back and said it was accepted and I am awaiting an interview. A couple weeks later something said check the ceac website. I did then there was a section there requesting a Final divorce decree. I checked with my attorney they said the divorce certificate Is the final document. What should I do in response to NVC? I'm confused because I gave the my divorce certificate already plus they didnt even send me and email to say we need this I just happened to check the site again.
Any thoughts?
