Child US citizen - 18 in US, Student, Parent on l1 visa

Hi
Is there a way for Child of age 18 to sponsor parents if child is citizen and parent are in usa on l1 visa ?
Will really appreciate your guidance.

I think the child must be at least 21 to sponsor parents. Don't know if it makes any difference the visa the parents have.

Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
