I hope you can help me understand.
Priority Date: March 06 2013
Approval Date: May 01 2019 (I-797 received )
VISA BULLETIN: March 15 2013
My Date of Birth: February 03 1996 (23 yo now)
Case type:F2B (my mother is the beneficiary and I’m derivative requested by my grandmother LPR)
First of all i want to know if i qualify for CSPA as the case was pending for 6 years . And if i do how can i let them now and if my name is no listed at the letter what can i do to be included
second is that our case was approved last month and now our priority date is current but i asked NVC about the case and they said they haven’t received our documents from USCIS. What happens here ? In the letter I-797 USCIS says if we do not receive a correspondence within 30 days we should contact NVC
