I am a US citizen and just married a Spanish citizen and we currently live in Germany.
I am returning to the US for the birth of our child. My husband needs to be able to come to the US for the birth of our child in november and stay until january and return to visit. He needs to return to his home county and continue his employment (so we both have an income), at what point should we apply for the I-130 visa so we don’t affect his entry when our child is born?
or are there any other type of visa i can seek?
