Hi, i'm just curious to know if anyone is in my situation. I am a LPR, filed i130 for my spouse with PD january 16, 2018. It's been 18 months of anxiety and nothing has been heard from uscis. The application was sent to california service center. The processing time on their website keeps moving back and forth. The long wait is just so depressing. Any response from anyone would be appreciated. Thanks, P.

PD is Oct 1, 2018. No notices aside from application received. Weird thing is based on the current visa bulletin, they are already processing march 2019 applications. Also in the july 2019 visa bulletin, f2a final action dates are all current. Based on those aloe, they should have sent notices to us already.Comment

Pope & Miax1218, I would say based on the trajectory of the Visa Bulletin (as of June it was July 15, 2017),both of you guys haveat least about October 2019 & January 2020 respectively until you're likely to get your I-797 Approval/RFE/Denial form. It's a waiting game, the quicker you guys come to turns with this psychology the better it will be for your sanity. The trick to waiting patiently is taking some of the guest work out of knowing when your turn is "likely" to arrive. Hope this helps.Comment

Pope Great news about you're approved. I am also applied for my spouse and our PD is July11th, 2018, waiting to hear something from USCIS. Although it is a long waiting time, but hope can let us pass it. Finger crossed!
