GC for parents

My parents are currently in US. Their 10yr Visa will expire on 16th Jul 2010 and their I-94 will expire on 14th Jul 2010. I am planning to apply GC for them.
Can I apply I-130 and and I-485 together. Is there any other form I have to apply. What other documents do I need to send with these forms?
How long will it take for status change?
