Need Some guidenc sponsoring GC for my brother

All,

I got USA citizenship 2 yr. back and would like to sponsor my elder brother. Can someone answer to my below question for starting this process?

1) Do I need to file I-864 along with I-130 Form for my brother?

2) What certificate I need to use for my relationship with him (as a brother)

3) I think I don't need to worry about filing for his wife and two kids as this will come when he will get the visa? but I need to mentions their detail in I-130 Form ?

4) My mother does not want to live in USA, so I did not sponsor her GC. But if she changes her mind and get her GC, - Can She update my brother's paper under her sponsorship or this cannot be changed once it has started under my sponsorship?
