Passport photos for i-130

Hi,

When I read the checklist on the USCIS website of what it required, it just said 2 passport photos.

So I sent 2 photos of myself (beneficiary)

But now when I look on various website checklists, it lists photos of both my wife and myself.

Which is correct, do I need to send passport photos of my wife as well?

If so, can I just post them to the lockbox, even those the case has already been assigned, without them having requested them to avoid unnecessary delays in the process?
