My brother (61 yrs old and applying for F41 visa type i.e. sibling immigration visa) is filling out his DS-260 form online, but, after he fills in the "Present Work" field, the form does not display "Previous" work for him to enter his prior "Work" info for the last 10 years. Is this because he is more than 60 years old? The system shows that at least one of the following conditions to be true for someone to enter his previous work info. Can someone in this forum please confirm is previous work info is not required to be submitted for principal applicant older than 60?
1) the applicant is male and age is between 14 and 60
2) the applicant is over the age 14 and is from Bruma, China, Cuba, India, Iran, North Korea, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria or Stateless
3) the applicant is retired, not employed or homemaker
4) the applicant is principal applicant and is applying for any of the following visa classes: E11,E12,E13,E21,E31,E32,EW3,SD1,SR1,SE1,C51,T51,SI1,SQ1, SF1, SG1, SH1, SJ1, SK1, SN1, R51, and I51, DV-1.
