My brother is applying for F41 visa type (i.e. sibling immigration visa) using the DS-260 form online. One of his dependents (his son) is approaching the CSPA age deadline. He is about 66 days away from when he will reach the CSPA age deadline. We know that the DS-260 takes between 30 to 45 days for the initial processing, And this means that by the time the DS-260 application is processed and the additional documents (Polce certificate, Medical exam etc) are submitted he will most likely be above the CSPA age when the US-embassy interview is scheduled. Anyone in this forum has any suggestion for this situation? Will appreciate any suggestion.
