July 2019 - AOS Filers

Hi Everyone,



I didn’t see a thread for July 2019 AOS filers so I’m starting one.



We’re doing the concurrent filing based on marriage (I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131). My wife entered on a B2 back in Jan 2017 and yes I know we’ve should have done this a long time ago but better late than never. We mailed the package this past Saturday and it’s scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday.



We’re in South Florida so I’m hoping to at least have her EAD/AP by Nov as we are planning a trip for Christmas to visit her family. If it’s not here by then we’ll then, Disney World it is lol.

Glad to find a July 2019 filer. I wanted to share our experience so far because this forum helped to put everything together. We (same sex) filed and sent our concurrent application (i130, 485, 765, 131) on July 29 to Chicago lockbox.

Bio notice 8/17
walk in bio 8/26
Ready to schedule interview 10/2

July'19 filer, concurrently I-485/I-130/I-765 marriage based. Submitted July 13th. Biometrics appointment 04.September.Since then,no update,Case and fees received the processing times are horrible

Caligirl yes! I was so excited, but realized interviews aren’t scheduled at my office till 10months. Anxiously waiting on EAD. Hope you’ve heard something by now.

Charmanderrose : nope,no update yet,made request for expedite EAD last week. So,waiting and hoping.

So,now it's 8 days after sending fax with requested evidence/ job offer letter no response or case status update,yet......
