need help!!
I received a I-797 NOTICE OF ACTION saying my I-765 and my I-485 has been approved and because my I-485 is approved I will not receive a EAD and instead I will received a green card and I will received a separate approval notice for my I-485, but when looking the updates on my case online it shows i will receive my EAD, is there any ways that I will actually receive my green card and no a EAD??
my interview was june 19th the IO say will send me a RFE with additional information required to take a desition on my case, she wanted the divorce certificate for my wife and also a letter from my housing confirming I live there, it been 3 weeks and I havent receive any RFE but a letter that say my I-765 and my I485 have been aprove, I got an update from the USCIS saying i will receive my card on friday but do not specify if is a green card, how do I know whats going on? will the case be approve withouth any RFE?? why I received a letter for my I 765 approval notice saying I was approved for my I485 and I will recive a green card?? I dont even know what to believe please help!!
