Married the same person in Different countries. How to put it in the forms?

Earlier this year, we got Married in India. We recently got married in US as well. How to put this information in the forms I-130, I-864 and I-485.

The question in the form is: How many times have you been married? Place, Province and country of Marriage?
Details of which marriage should be in the answer? First one or Second?


How to disclose both marriages in the forms?

Should I include the details of one of the marriage in Additional information page?

First one. The second one has no legality and hence no relevance.

Your second marriage has no legality. So you cannot put two marriages on any form. Legally, you have been married only once and that is the first one in India.
