    Filing help

    hi everyone, i been in US for about 9 years on a visitors visa thats been expired for about 8.5 years. i got married about 3 month ago and i wanted to know what forms i will have to file to get my status in order be able to work and help my wife out more. I would also like to know what order do i have to file them in. My wife is currently unemployed, my sister ( A citizen ) is willing to be the joint sponsor.

    maybe i did not explain this right... my Wife is the one that fling for me. i was told that since we are married it does not married if i overstayed.
