Hello, my brother will applying for his green card through marriage. He has in the past used an unauthorized SSN to work. How is this gonna affect him when he applies? Does he need to disclose it? What is the penalty? Thank you for any help.

Id Theft

Using someone else SSN is called ID theft and yes there sure are big implications. Anytime, whenever you have some issues with your AOS case, it is better to consult with a competent attorney.
