No case update despite priority date being current

I filed I-130 for my spouse last August. The case is handled by California Processing Center. The priority date is current now, but I have not received any update from USCIS. Is this normal? How much longer do I have to wait? What will happen next? Thank you.

The avg processing time at CSC for I-130 is 14-24 months according to uscis website. The FAD is current for July 2019, so you may submit your AOS package (I-485, I-131, I-765, affidavit of support, etc) even though your I-130 is still pending.
