Geen Card - Marriage base (I-485,765,130,131,693,864)
Hello,
Currently I am on H-1B visa. (Expire in 08/2021)
My wife petitioned the I-130 in May 2019. She filed concurrent filing so we submitted I-130 (Alien Petition) ,130-A,131(Travel) ,485 (Adjustment of Status) ,765 (EAD),693,864 all together.
We are waiting for EAD card. We live in different state and I want to relocate to her state.
Questions,
1. Should I wait for EAD and then relocate?
2. Is it advisable to do a 2 adjustment of status I-485 and H-1B LCA because I change employer or location?
3. Should I request my employer to submit H-1B relocation to new place / filing LCA while my green card adjustment status under review?
3. What is the timeline of EAD, Travel Permit, Visa Interview?
4. We just received a Courtesy letter from USCIS that I-693 medical examination is 60 days before the petition. Should we bring new I-693 at the time of interview or I must do it now?
5. What happened if you loose your job on H-1B ? Should I wait for new EAD and start the job ? How to report the days if anyone is staying after the valid visa to wait for documents?
