Timeline to reply after receiving notice of immigration case creation?

Hello All,
I have received an email for notice of immigration case creation asking me to pay the fees and submit documents (F4 - Family Sponsorhip). How long do I have to respond or pay the fees and submit the documents? Is it a year? They emailed me back in December of 2018. Please advise, thank you.

You have to act within a year. Your petition will get cancelled after 1 year if you don't act on it.
