Hello – thanks for taking the time to read this.
I am currently thinking about marrying my 4 year girlfriend (Non USA resident) when she comes to visit in October (1 month). However, she would likely have to return to her home country and get sorted (work, home, etc.). First question is: can we get married and apply for residency / work authorization if she flys back and forth? If not, how long (generally) would it take for her to return to the US with a work authorization and legal residency?
