Greencard for my Brother

I am preparing the I-130 form to apply greencard for my brother. In one of boxes it says the following

"If your relative's native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write his or her name and foreign address in the native alphabet"

Does this mean that I have to my brother's India address in my language(Tamil)?.

Please advise.

Hello,

I am looking to apply gc for my brother and family. They have visitor visa for 10 years and they visit every two yrs. My question is if I apply for their GC, can they still be able to visit using visitor visa till the GC gets approved?

If someone knows the answer or any link where I can find more info please fwd.
