I am a permanent resident and my home state is Georgia. I filed for my wife who resides outside the USA. According to what I read, my case should have gone to Texas but was sent to California center. as we all know how slow California is, i am trying to understand why did it happen and can i send USCIS a letter to change it to Texas.
