GC for my brother and family

Hello,

I am looking to apply gc for my brother and family. They have visitor visa for 10 years and they visit every two yrs. My question is if I apply for their GC, can they still be able to visit using visitor visa till the GC gets approved?

If someone knows the answer or any link where I can find more info please fwd.

Yes they can travel and even renew their visitor visa, I has been my case, I have a petition from my mother, it has been 9 years since the petition and I have travel in an out of the states and even renew my visitor visa...

One more clarification. When they visit here, on the immigration forms, I think there is an option, have someone applied for immigrant visa, Does he have to say YES/NO
