Hello,
My Ukrainian-born wife will soon have her US citizenship and we are planning to sponsor her parents' immigration to the US with an I-130. From my reading, the process seems fairly straightforward based on our previous experience (she moved to the US with me on an I-131). The complication is: her parents are Ukrainian citizens but live and work legally in the Czech Republic. I should think that after the I-130 is approved, they will be contacted by the US consulate in Prague and complete their green card interview there rather than in Kyiv, but did want to confirm that with people who would know better.
Thank you in advance for your input!
