Question 22- Will apply for adjustment of status? What do I put?
I am in Chicago IL

If someone could help me that would be great those are the only 2 questions I am stuck on...

What Information are you looking for ... My husband arrived here in December 28th 2006 and we got together Jan 19th 2008 we had a baby 8 19 09 (7 months old) and we got married 12 19 09...

14. How did he really arrive into the US? Did he enter the country legally or sneaked in through the border?

Without knowing that, no one can answer your question.

22. Yes, if he is already in the US.

Ummh he came in without inspection.. Should I put that is it ok.. Sorry I forgot to answer this last time..

22. But in that case, he will not be eligible to adjust status in the US. He will have to go back to his country for immigrant visa. Once he goes back, he will face 10 year bar to reenter the US.
