Question about DS 3032

Hi,

My mothers I-130 has been approved and I have recieved the National Visa Center (NVC) with case number and all other documents DS 3032 etc.

Now my questions are

1. Is that my mother or me that has to sign the DS 3032 document ?

2. If its my mother, she doesn't know to sign in english. So will that be OK to sign in telugu language?

3. Can I choose my cousin in India as agent to recieve the copy of my mothers documents from NVC?

4. Can anyone like Petitioner(me), agent(my cousin) attend the visa interview in india along with my mother ?

I greatly appreciate any reply for the above questions.

your mother/you can send email to the NVC the choice of agent form. After you email the ds3032 ..nvc will generate $70 AOS fees and IV bill for $400.

Please note that all the documents has to be signed by the applicant (your mother) however for the time being you can email the choice of agent form geting your self nominated as agent.

You can attend the interview along with your mother..provided you are the US citizen petitioner.

How long it will take for my mother to come to USA after the interview? i am planning to attend the interview with her and bring her with me in a week or so. Is it possible?
