GC for parents, I-864 help?

I am applying GC for my Mom and Dad. In form I-864, which is for my dad, qustion 9, do i need to check the box and list my mom's name and details. I will be sending seperate forms(all forms, I-130, I-486, I-864) for my mom.
Similarly for my mom's I-864, do i need to print my dad's details in question 9?
